Part of my unique fiber art flower sculpture 'Garden Glimpse' series, this indoor 'garden' is hand crafted from fabric, metal, found objects, wood & ribbon & mounted on a fabric covered base. This one, called 'Secret Garden', features two whimsical soft sculpture dahlias in a wonderful Kaffe Fassett fabric with vintage button centers. A spectacular milky white spider mum accents the two flowers & is made from broken vintage jewelry. I've added three batik 'leaves' complete with an adorable blue snail carefully sewn onto one. The entire piece is mounted on a fabric covered block of wood, to give it extra stability. Truly an original work of art & one of a kind! Perfect for the unique wedding or home centerpiece. I've included several of my other one of a kind flower sculptures as well. 'Secret Garden' weighs app. 1 lb 1oz & is app. 17 high x 7 wide & about 7 deep, counting the petals & leaves.
