The Aerial Armada

This is the new Aerial Armada, a large mixed media assembly depicting the famous flying navy of the Victorian era. The ships include a dreadnaught battleship, Admiral's flagship, shallow water paddlewheel gunboat, scouting sloop, & submarine. This armada was made to replace the original three ship aerial armada, which was sold. My thanks to loreleidragonfly7 for encouraging me to make another armada. The stand comes with an extension, it can be displayed either on the floor or on a table. It is made of sculpted foam hulls covered with fiberglass resin & painted to resemble old iron. The balloons are antique copper toilet floats (unused). This piece is delicate, it should not be displayed near children, it is not a toy. This armada is a major original work by Will Rockwell, it is signed & dated on the base. Will Rockwell's steampunk creations are being used in the new ABC series Time After Time, which debuts in January. The shipping price for this item is high, if you live near me in the New York/New Jersey area, I will personally deliver it & set it up at no charge. The Aerial Armada
