This offer is for THREE pairs of the Doves. See also one & two pair options. These delightful little Doves are the ONLY AUTHENTIC DOVES FROM THE HOME ALONE 2 MOVIE. John created them for the film back in 1992 but retained the copyright. So we are the only people who can make reproductions & only these doves can claim to be the Doves of Home Alone 2. Beware of the Chinese made sort of lookalike copies & wannabees. A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY is included in the box. They are molded from 'Pellucida,' our proprietary compound of resins that looks like porcelain, but unlike porcelain is very strong. They look so delicate & are as light as a feather, but they can withstand being dropped on the floor & other types of abuse. They are approximately three inches in wingspan & two inches from beak tip to tail. To appreciate the exquisite sculpting of these little birds, hold them up to a light. They are translucent & you can see the skilled work that went into the carving of the wings - the feathers on one side of the wings perfectly matches the feathers on the other. Give one of the pair & keep the other and, as Kevin said in the movie, you will be friends forever. Or give a loved one or a friend a pair of them. They come packaged in an attractive jewelry style gift box complete with metallic thread to hang them from a tree, under a light, from your rear view mirror, or anywhere else you heart desires a glimpse of something beautiful & hopeful.
