Hanging drapery rods can be a painful process! The first challenge is marking the right location for screw holes. You can spend lots of time measuring & marking the brackets' placement, yet the result might still be off. It's especially challenging if you're hanging several rods. This template will take the hassle out of measuring, marking, & drilling holes to mount & hang curtains & make sure your curtains & their curtain rod are at the same height & width for every similar window in your home. The second challenge is finding the stud to install curtain brackets to make it sturdy. You would drill multiple holes when drapery rod installed on drywall to find a stud behind it. The unnecessary holes will require patching, sanding & painting. The stud checker will make a vey small test hole (similar to the push pin holes) to check if there is a stud behind the drywall.
