Dragon Wood Carving. I created him to be a young dragon, full of power & strength. This is a beautiful carving of a dragon that measures 14 1/2 tall & 9 wide. It was carved from a piece of basswood 2 1/2 thick so it has plenty of dimension & would jump out from any wall where it was hung. It is finished in a beeswax mix for a durable lasting protection. I thoroughly enjoyed carving this piece. It is the largest dragon I have carved to date. A few other smaller ones have been sold at galleries here in Maine. I will definitely be carving more dragons in the future. It will be hard to part with him but I would like him to have a good home that appreciates him.
