Physalis Pendant Lamp Laser-Cut Birch, Pattern Projecting Lantern

This laser-cut pendant light is inspired by the Chinese lantern plant (Physalis), also known as the Cape gooseberry. With its bright orange, paper-like husks, the plant protects its berriesuntil, eventually, only the delicate skeletal structure remains, a masterpiece of natural design. I craft this pendant from thin birch plywooddelicate like veneer, yet layered for added strength. Both sides are finished with a subtle protective coating, preserving the natural wood grain while adding protection. The lampshade comes in three color options: natural, walnut brown, & deep black. The inside always stays natural wood. The pendant comes with a pre-mounted clear LED globe for customers within the EU, casting a subtle, intricate pattern on the wall. For non-EU customers, I include a manual showing how to open the lampshade & install your own E26 or E27 lightbulb. If you like to use this lantern as a decorative table or floor lamp, you might want to pick the option from the pulldown menu to have a cable with wallplug & switch instead of a ceiling canopy. The linen-covered cable for the pendant version can be used either straight or slack & wavy (see pictures) if you apply the included nylon string & clamps.
