This adorable hanging planter is in the shape of a baby jellyfish with a live air plant that are the tentacles hanging from the planter. Our mini jellyfish comes in mint, aqua, grape & lavender. This is a tiny jellyfish perfect for tiny spaces. It is light weight & can be hung with a thumbtack. It is tiny enough to hang on your car rear view window. The baby jellyfish is the perfect start to a hanging octopus garden. No urchins have been harmed or harvested for our handmade jellyfish hanging planter. A lovely gift for the new mom to hang in the nursery. Plants may vary from the picture. We use the healthiest, most appropriate plants that are available. If you want it faster you can upgrade to USPS priority for $7.75. This purchase is for one air planter, instructions & air plant. We use the most tentacle like plants we can find, they may vary with availability. The octopus air planter is lightweight & is aprox. 1 1/2 tall. The octopus was hand made, altered, sculpted, painted & then bisque fired. It was then glazed & high fired. It is quite durable, & food safe. Lead is never used in our glazes. There will be variations in the octopus, each are hand made. Your purchase will come with instructions on how to take care of your baby air plant. When your air plant gets too big, it can move into one of our mini-octopus planters. Air plants are easy to take care of & they do not need to be planted. They thrive at the office, at home, in a bright bathroom, even on sheltered porches. They like bright, filtered light, avoid direct sunlight. They like good air circulation. The like humid climates, & should be soaked 2-3 times a week, spray between soakings. The like the temp to be between 45-95. Use 1/4 strength orchid fertilizer once a month from Mar-October.
