Landscape Teal Paradise Glass Frame - Handmade Fused Glass Wall Art 45x25cm/18x10

This vibrant & soothing landscape frame illustrates a close-up of a beach scene with the turquoise/blue seabed & foam of the water coming onto the sandy beach using texture, colours & various processes to create a coastal scene. Some parts of the panel are slightly translucent, the sea is fading from blue to turquoise. The texture is applied to the back of the glass panel with a 3D effect creating shadows to the front, you can really see the ripples of sea on the top half of the glass art. This frame would suit a coastal home decor & would be a great gift as a housewarming present, a birthday for someone special or a wedding. After completing his degree in Glass in 2002, Matthew worked for a large glass design company in London before setting up his own business in 2012. Matthew designs & makes everything in his studio in Dorset, on the south coast of the UK, near the Jurassic Coast. All the moulds are hand-carved, he applies the colours manually & the glass is slumped over the mould in a kiln at temperatures over 800C & annealed to ensure strength & durability. The frame is ready to hang on the wall with a wire across the back, it is a good quality wooden frame in white with a grainy effect.
