No neck pain whatsoever since the first time I used it. It takes a little bit to get used to because it is so much smaller than a regular sized pillow. But it is true that it is the last pillow you ever need. I have problems lifting & other pillows I was looking at were much heavier & would have been cumbersome. Awesome product! Exactly what I was looking for! The firm loft is 2 1/2 inches laying flat. The firm you can form a U for where your neck will lay, but the loft is still close to 2 1/2 inches. The buckwheat hulls are organic & grown in the USA. Pillows are not microwaveable. They will burn! There are no zippers in any of our buckwheat hull pillows. we will not put a zipper in because if that zipper ever breaks or comes unzipped; you will have a big mess. The hulls are very small & hard to pick up, they have to be swept up. Any alterations to a Buckwheat Hull Pillow or Pillow Case must be requested & approved by Mac's Naturals Shop prior to purchase.
