"Resting Hummingbird Limited Edition Sculpture Relief "

A 'larger than life' sculpture of a hummingbird, 'Tiny Warrior' We have a hummingbird feeder on our back porch, & as a result , we get to observe the antics of a number of ruby-throats all summer. It sometimes must resemble the Battle of Britain as these tiny birds fight it out in flight for the right to feed . When they exhaust themselves, they perch on nearby branches, & get their second wind before heading back into the fray. From my original sculpture in clay, I create a mold & cast hydrostone editions. The castings are carefully colored by hand and, as such ,no two are exactly alike. Limited to 100 sculptures in hydrostone.. Each signed, numbered & dated.
