Florida State Flag Pillow Crochet Pattern

Is there a better way to showcase your Florida patriotism than by making a pillow in the shape of Florida with the Florida State Flag right in the middle of it?! We didn't think so, either. These crocheted pillows are beautiful additions to your living room, bedroom, office, or dorm room. Crochet your own, have your grandmother crochet you one, or make up a whole bunch to sell at a local craft show. These pillows are sure to sell like hot Cakes! You will need worsted weight yarn in the right colors: white, red, gold, & black (red heart super saver is perfect for these!). A size F/5-3.75 MM hook (or slightly larger if desired, but no larger than I). Some stuffing. & basic crochet knowledge: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, & sc2tog. The pillow is made in four pieces: front, back, side, & the gold medallion. Attached together with simple sc stitches, making this the perfect crochet pattern for beginners, but still fun for the intermediately-skilled artist as well.
