HOW TO ORDER 1) Select your desired capital letter size & number of letters, then add to basket. 2) Enter the name in the personalisation box exactly as required, including correct spelling. Font proofs are available on request. If not requested at the time of ordering, your item will proceed directly to production. 3) Choose your wood colour from the images or colour chart shown in the listing, & include your selection in the personalisation box. 4) Select your rose colour (see photos for reference) & add this to the personalisation box. If you're unsure, you're welcome to send a photo of your room or event colours for guidance. DIMENSIONS - PLEASE READ Please note that 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 30cm & 40cm refer to the height of the capital letter only. This does not refer to the height of the lowercase letters. Lowercase letters are traditionally smaller & are usually around half the height of the capital letter, depending on the individual letter & font style. We offer names in 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 30cm & 40cm capital letter sizes. Lowercase letter heights can vary from approximately 5cm-20cm, depending on the letter. The overall width of the name will vary depending on the number of letters. For larger capital letter sizes & longer names, your name may be sent in two separate parts: the capital letter & the lowercase section. For longer names, 6mm thickness is recommended, as it is stronger, sturdier & less fragile. If you would like approximate sizing before ordering, please feel free to contact me. HANGING Command picture hanging strips are recommended, these cause no damage to design or your wall. They can be purchased at all major retailers. These are not included as there are many different wall types worldwide & not one type fits all. Do not use nails or double sided tape, this will cause damage to name & not hold on wall. We are not responsible for incorrect hanging. SHIPPING Each item is packaged carefully in high grade bubble wrap, then inside a 4ply cardboard box with our eco protective beads to ensure smooth transit. All our packaging materials are recyclable & packing beads can be dissolved in water.. All items come with tracking information. Processing time is 7 business days & you can select your desired shipping method at the checkout. If purchasing from the USA all p&p costs are inclusive of tariff charges. There will be no additional customs charges after sale. This came into effect September 2nd. Any orders prior to this date will be contacted via courier to pay these charges. We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is incorrect on our behalf. As all our signs are made to order we can only issue a replacement if your sign has been damaged in transit & we do require a photograph of BOTH the sign & packaging.
