I grow a small crop of gourds each year plus buy a few other gourds for use in my gourd art. Each gourd has its own character & its own life that seem to speak to me. They have different shapes & markings that give me the direction I should push my design. Gourds are like snow flakes, no two are alike. Using their uniqueness I come up with one of a kind gourd art.
