Aspen Log Candle Holder With 5 Tealights

Every aspen candle holder is as unique as the tree it was made from. We start with a dead standing aspen tree branch. After the bark is removed, the log is sanded, but not enough to remove the interesting marks from bark beetles, elk chew, branches, scars etc. Part of the natural drying process of the wood includes checking & cracking. This does not continue once the wood has been finished. It does not affect the structural integrity of the candle holder but only adds to the character of the piece. Oil brings out the many colors in the wood & 3 coats of lacquer give the candle holder a beautiful smooth finish. The tealights can be used & then replaced for the next use. This candle holder is approx. 23 long, 4 wide & 2 1/2 tall. Please specify if you would like the clear or amber glass tealight holders; one set of glass tealight holders & tealights are included.
