!! This black cat sculpture, with long tail , can be part of your home decor !! Man has depicted the cat for thousands of years - sculptures, paintings, frescoes - using an immense set of expressions, subordinate to the cat's charms. The cat always manages to grab our attention. It has its own character, it is mystical & quite often rebellious. My interpretation follows the classical forms rendered in abstract form. Although the asymmetry & geometric puns shape the body as an abstraction, it will always remain... simply cute. I used 3 basic materials: wood, ceramic elements & wire for the tail. This work of art is entirely handmade & unique. The cat's head is made of white clay & colored with ceramic paints. The body is made of wood & then painted with black & decorated whit white sripes. This sculpture is part of me & part of the idea of sharing my art! Thank you! The cat figure is signed 99heads on the back, where there is a hook for easy hanging.
