Small Salt Cellar With Fish Spoon For One Person

This version of a Salt Cellar is smaller than the other table versions that I do & is ment to serve as an individual personal Salt in a place setting. The Fish Spoon rests in a notch at the base of the shell bowl. As in my larger shell design, the bowl is supported by a kelp base with organic & lyrical movements undulating below the shell in its support. The Shell bowl itself is 1 1/2 inches, the kelp base is also 1 1/2 inches set back below the bowl, & the total height is one inch. The Fish Spoon is 1 3/8 inch in length. This functional sculpture is roughcast in three separate pieces with the base & bowl later joined & finished. Even if this piece never sees the dinner table it can be enjoyed as a collectible.
