Please make sure that your address details are complete & correct when placing your order. For better communication, add your phone number, intercom number, or any specific details about your place of residence that may help the courier better navigate the delivery to you. After your order crosses the border of your country, it will be handed over to the national postal operator (USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, La Poste, PostNL ...). Although the final delivery to you may be carried out through different local offices, the shipment remains subject to the rules of your national postal service, & the parcel tracking can be followed on that service's website. Each piece in our shop is made using one of several traditional ceramic techniques hand-building, slip-casting, or hand-pressing. Every item is then kiln-fired at 1100 (2012) & hand-finished to ensure unique character & quality. Items may slightly vary in shape or color due to the nature of the materials & firing process. Lighting & monitor settings may slightly affect color perception. CARE INSTRUCTIONS. Do not drop the figurines & keep them in a dry place. PACKAGING. All our items are packaged in standard protective wrapping to ensure safe delivery. Please note that, we cant remove the Mark as a gift option on the site, so if you select it, the figurines will still be shipped in standard packaging with an invoice attached to the package.
