I only use quality tested fabrics in my shop which are Oeko-Tex Standard, so therefore each fabric is thoroughly tested, which includes testing for use against the skin, which is incredibly important for post surgery use. Lining both pillows ensures they will keep their shape, as no doubt you'll probably want to wash them a few times after continual uses. It also ensures the cushion filling fibres will not stick out of the cover fabric, because you really don't want that, especially post surgery. So I always make sure to mention I do not cut corners. Both sets are suitable for mastectomy, lumpectomy, top surgery, breast augmentation, also ideal for heart surgery recovery. All you need to keep comfy post op, as this is the biggest problem post surgery. The seatbelt pillow is essential after surgery & stops the seatbelt pressing down on a very tender wound & also offers much needed protection when needed most. The pillow has a hook & loop closure which wraps around the seatbelt & holds securely. The seatbelt pillow is also fully lined in cotton fabric. Both pillows are generously filled with super soft teddy bear filling (100% polyester hollowfibre) which is lovely & fluff, been carded & is full of bounce, so not hard. The filling complies with British fire safety regulations. The heart pillow measures 31cm x 31cm (12.25 x 12.25) The seatbelt pillow measures 6.5 inches x 4 inches (16.5cm x 10cm) Selling at a very reasonable price as I don't believe it is fair to sell these products at a premium.
