Neville's second wand 13 inches long, Cherry wood. Just as the book describes. The handle has been naturally ebonized using iron oxide & the natural tannins in the wood then the end of the handle was blackened further with flame. The whole wand has been sanded super smooth, aged to the deep cherry wood color using the suns UV rays. I have tried to make this wand appear natural, worn, & as real as possible. A natural linseed oil & wax finish has been applied. No gloss This wand is MADE TO ORDER. The photo is of the last one that I made. Finished wand will be as good as or better than the one pictured! 4-6 weeks for Delivery These are 100% REAL SOLID WOOD, hand carved wands. No resin, no glues, not painted. Each wand is made with the utmost attention to detail & story description. I treat every wand as a work of art that will be someone's most prized possession.
