Metal Dragonfly Sculpture

Many of the components of our steampunk dragonfly sculpture emerged from the clutter of our favorite junk drawer. With two large eyes, our steampunk dragonfly has three separate body parts; the head, thorax & abdomen. Two large silver buttons serve as the dragonfly's eyes, while a third represents his jaws. A steel colored coupling forms the dragonfly's thorax, where his delicate filigree wings are secured. A long tubular light bulb completes his body, acting as the abdomen. With long wiry legs, the dragonfly can stand on its own. Measuring 8 inches long, & with a wingspan of nearly 9 inches, our steampunk dragonfly sculpture is perfect for a shelf, table or mantelpiece.
