The original Dutch street network on the tip is quirky & interesting but after the nineteenth century, the planners of this epic city just kept gridding, block after block. Broadway breaks the grid like a rebel as it meanders from the Upper West Side all the way down to East Village. This is a PRINT of my original hand-drawn black ink line drawing.
