All of our candles are made from our 100% local Canadian beeswax. No paraffin wax fillers or coconut oil additives. Beeswax releases negative ions when it burns. Pollen, dust, dirt, & any other junk in the air all carry a positive charge, & that is how they can be suspended in the air. The negative ions released from burning beeswax negate the positive charge of air contaminants, & the neutralized ions are sucked back into the burning candle or fall to the ground. Many air purifiers & water filters harness this effective negative ion technology. Beeswax will burn clean & with no or very little soot. The wax is environmentally friendly, non-toxic & bio degradable. You could even eat it, although we don't recommend that.
