These blankets are handmade using 100% cotton flannel. The flannel fabric is pre-washed with phosphate free detergent before sewing, so you can use the new blanket right away. Pre-washing the fabric will avoid future shrinkage to the flannel material. One blanket is featuring a Little elephant pattern & one blanket is featuring a cloud pattern in this set. Consider these blankets as a welcome home gift for the new baby in the family or as a gift for a baby shower. Fabric care: Set your washer to warm wash & do not use hot water. You could use a mild detergent which will help with allergies & also help prevent fading over time. To help soften fabric, add fabric softener or use dryer sheets instead in the drying process.
