They need indirect sunlight or fluorescent lighting, as well as soaking/misting a few times a week during the daytime. Be sure to place the air plant in a well-ventilated area after soaking/misting so the air plant can dry out thoroughly. Air plants are beautiful plants! The type we use for our pineapple holders are ionantha. If you decide to add an air plant to your pineapple pot, we will send you one of the healthiest plants we have.
