Hand-Carved Alder Wood Terrier Dog Figurine

Some dogs look like foxes or wolfs, others like bears, some like sheep, deer or even guinea pigs. This dog however looks like a dog: very attentive, from the tip of the tail to the very nose. You are lucky if you have a dog like this. Even though I didn't carve any eyes you can feel it is watching you & it will notice everything. If you don't have a dog like this, maybe you can have this little wooden dog. You can feel it in your hands & it awakes imagination... I carved this dog from alder tree which grows a lot in our valley. I is a beautiful wood, soft & smooth & warm in color, pleasant to hold in your hands.
