Description

This trout wire sculpture is made using 16 gauge steel wire & attached to a unique driftwood base. It is designed to hang directly on the wall. Height: 7.25 inches, Width: 9 inches, Depth: 2.5 inches Sculpting with wire allows me to define form & imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize & develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a clear spray varnish may be applied. It is my hope that my work reflects my love of the natural world & that my methods are kind to the environment as well.
