The wingspan of the birds is 16 inches. They are molded in our proprietary compound of resins, Pellucida, which is similar to but more durable than Bisque porcelain. A wire yoke is included, so that suspended from nearly invisible monofilament line, they appear to be soaring & move with the slightest breath of air. Some assembly is necessary; the thread on the birds needs to be tied to the wire yoke. We recommend attaching the yoke by a short piece of the monofilament to the point of attachment, ceiling or whatever, so that it will visually interfere as little as possible with the birds.
