Large Primitive Folk Art Footstool Farmhouse Decor. This Listing is for 1 Step Stool made from solid pine wood. The legs are attached using mortise & tenon joinery. Further secured with carpenters glue & wood screws that are countersunk & plugged with real wood plugs. The Stool shown in the pictures is Ebony. The selection of swatches are part of our farmhouse color collection. You can select one of them from the drop down menu. If you wish to have a different color, we have a lot of paint options, we can make it most any color you wish, just choose Custom Color from the drop down menu & let us know in comments when checking out. After we paint the stool we heavily distress it to show the natural wood giving special attention to the top with the wood plugs & the cutout handle. This adds to the primitive design elements of the stool. If you would prefer a certain amount of distressing please let us know in note to seller when you check out. Otherwise we will distress the item what we feel is the appropriate amount for the piece & the wood used. This step stool would be a wonderful addition to your home decor.
