Oh K The Love Hate With Your Shoes Floorcloth

This is one of 3 photo combinations for just one floorcloth. It wasn't massive. 8' x 5.5' but it was HUGE in detailed content. THE shoes. If you've ever ordered a custom piece from me you know that there are many many many emails back & forth. I ask silly questions & 'you' give silly requests & we meet in the middle around 200 or so. I said YES to a pair of shoes & then she whammied me with these babies. I knew I could paint them & was excited for the challenge but perhaps, perhaps a few words not meant for wee ones ears flew from my lips at times. However I LOVE detail & I LOVE tight work. Matching colors & the little things & tiny brushes excite me. These two pair of shoes taxed my ability but I am pleased how well they turned out. The special touch is the laces. Her & the hubs met at a race. I can appreciate that since I run & look over my shoulder now & then hoping Prince Charming will plow into me. The laces were subtle. Not too lovey dovey but they could land like that right? Cursing done & she has it & I am thrilled that she likes it.
