Thick & Fluffy Crawfish/Lobster Blanket Pattern

CROCHET PATTERN DIGITAL DOWNLOAD NOT A FINISHED BLANKET This is a fluffy lobster/crawfish blanket CROCHET PATTERN for you to make. It works up thick & quick because you hold 3 strands of worsted weight yarn together as you crochet. It has attached claw mittens that keep your hands warm! This pattern includes directions for child & adult sizes. Child size measures approximately 40 (at widest point) x 46 long. The adult size is about 40 x 64. The blanket lays flat at the top & tapers down & becomes a cocoon around your calves & feet. I used Hobby Lobby's I Love This Yarn, but you can substitute any worsted weight yarn you like, or use one strand of Super Chunky (6) weight yarn. I used a P (12mm) hook for the body of the blanket, & a 9mm hook for the fins & claws. Pattern is written in US crochet terms.
