This cactus cushion is made using free motion embroidery & appliqu. I love piecing together funky fabrics to create one of a kind cushion covers. Inspired by nature, botanical drawings & things I love in our home, this cactus will be sure to find a comfy spot on your sofa. The cactus fabrics are a mix of new quality quilting cottons. The background of the front is pure linen, in a natural beige colour. The reverse 100% cotton, Amy Butler Lotus spots in green, to match the cactus on the front. It has an envelope closure so you can easily switch your cushions around. This sunny & bright design would fit easily in to your living room, sunroom, baby's nursery, or child's room. It is made to fit a 40cm / 16 square pillow (insert is not included). Due to the nature of the applique, it is recommended to wash the cover by hand, & dry flat. It can be ironed at a suitable temperature for cotton. The edges of the cactus & pot are designed to slightly fray over time, a characteristic of free-motion appliqu. All inner seams are overlocked for strength & a professional finish. This item is ready to ship. The cover you will receive is the one shown in these photos.
