Your hand crafted pillow will be complete within four to six weeks. An original design that plays with the cross section views including: an above-water area with lily flower & lily pads; the water's surface; & an underwater area. The stems connect the separate plains & become one at the earth's surface; simulating root systems in nature. The Water lily motif offers soft Art Nouveau lines within a clean Arts & Crafts layout. The water lily petals are worked in satin stitch in pearl cotton. The stems of the plant are completed in two rows of stem stitch, & the lily pads are embroidered using the long & short stitch. Available complete & in kits with a finished dimensions of 18 by 21. Pillow includes a larger down/feather pillow form (22 x 18) to provide support.
