For bird lovers, this sculpture of a great spotted woodpecker is made of white stoneware, glazed & fired at 1225oC (suitable for outdoor use). It measures approximately 15 cm high & 8 cm wide. All my pieces are handmade (no molds are used) & are unique. It features an angled hole for easy mounting on a simple nail. Available facing right or left, please specify when ordering. The price reflects the cost of raw materials (clay, glaze, gas, electricity), the hours spent shaping, glazing, & firing, as well as all expenses, overhead, & commissions for each sale. We cannot compete on price with large, mass-produced retailers. We don't count the hours we spend creating, but we pour our heart & soul into each piece, expressing our love for craftsmanship.
