Riva 1920 Natura Bench Oak

Cut from solid oak and featuring seamless joinery, the Natura is made from scratch within Riva 1920s purpose built workshops on the coast of Lombardy, Italy.Fusing natural and industrial design elements, this bench is made from solid sections of tree trunks and as a result, natural knots and splits will feature as these are both natural characteristics of the wood.With its thick cut sides, this lengthy seat incorporates a distinctive metal base made up of four thin metal bars.Blast furnace-forged from iron, the heavy base contrasts the patterned grain of the top and also means that no frame or awkward joints are required.The expansive shape of the Natura comfortably sits two to three guests, its slender legs freeing up plenty of space underneath for plentiful legroom.
