About Rosie Harbottle Rosie lives and creates in rural Devon, England between the moors and the sea and graduated from Plymouth University with a First Class (hons) in Illustration. Her style has evolved over the years with a preference for watercolour and gouache and is heavily inspired from regular trips to Morocco.
