The Silentnight Perfect Pillow has been cleverly designed to allow you to change the height of the pillow to exactly how you want it. Inside the zipped removable cover are three inner pads that you can add or remove, so you can customise your pillow to the height and firmness that is right for you. Each pad covered in microfibre and filled with our signature soft and springy hollowfibre. Use 1-2 pads for a soft pillow, 2-3 pads will result in a medium pillow and 4-5 pads will provide a firm pillow with maximum support. Each of our inside pads are a little bit different, this is to give you more choice.
