A Habitat Rae Comfort Open Coil Single Mattress is included, so it's ready to use. The black frame is made from solid boards that withstand daily use. The desk area fits a gaming setup and chair, providing a proper workspace when needed. The bed must be fixed to the wall with the brackets provided, that's really important for safety and stability. The ladder's in a fixed position and the wide steps give you a secure grip. It's suitable for ages 6 and over, with a maximum user weight of 90kg.
