Hand painted by me, this coolie shade is inspired by the beautifully eclectic interiors of the Bloomsbury group, such as Charleston Farmhouse, home of Vanessa Bell & Duncan Grant. This one has partly been inspired by a flower which appears in a floral painting by Grant. The shape of the shade is a coolie style suitable for pendant or lamp base fittings. The shade is also adjustable allowing you to tilt the shade to read or work by. The shade is painted using colourfast fabric paint which gives a warm ambience to blend with most interiors when lit. The shade can be created for you in two different dimensions 25cm base width, 17cm high & 10cm top diameter 30cm base width, 19cm high & 10cm top diameter I can also offer this in a 40cm base width - Please enquire.
