Made from 3mm shatterproof acrylic mirror, this clock has a silent sweep second hand movement & is powered by AA batteries - not supplied. The clock hangs from a recess in the case of the clock mechanism, or you can use the stand included to use as a desktop clock if you prefer, vertical clocks are only for hanging on the wall, they do not have a desktop stand.
