It has been designed to be a welcoming refuge & a convenient supply point. Thanks to the two plates it's so easy to replenish this feeder with good food! The first smaller plate is obtained directly from a wood log left in its natural state so as not to contaminate the feed. The second, larger plate is placed inside the feeder & is protected against weather conditions, it also offers a hospitable refuge for our little friends. From the perch the birds can easily access both plates. The feeder is treated with natural waxes that protect the wood but do not damage the health of the birds.
