Lost or Damaged item. For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company. For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging is also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent.
