Custom map keys can also be included. All personalisation & customisations will need to be approved before we queue your design for print (see DIGITAL PROOFING below). Where the text in our design is UPPERCASE this will be printed in uppercase only. DIGITAL PROOFING Once we receive a personalised order, we'll send a DIGITAL PROOF of your design. To ensure we can meet our estimated dispatch dates we ask that you please respond within 48 hours. Delays in obtaining your approval will mean that your estimated dispatch date will be extended. We allow one small free revision to your digital proof. Once queued for production, we'll be unable to make any further changes. Once we have your approval your item will be created within 3 business days. If you would like to waive our offer of digital proofing please let us know in your order note. However, we cannot send replacements or offer refunds if you are unhappy with the final result. Therefore, we strongly recommend against this.
