A beautiful personalised key hook, crafted from solid brass & personalised with your family name. Our design team will use your chosen family name to design your key hook. Then our production team cut out the bespoke design from a thick plate of 2mm brass, using our state-of-the-art laser cutter. Your personalised brass key hook is now ready for finishing. First of all the key hook goes through our linishing machine multiple times using a variety of different abrasives. This rounds the sharp edges, giving them a smooth radius & prepares the surface for polishing. Now we roll up our sleeves & get out the metal polish, giving your key hook its polished finish takes some elbow grease! The final production step is to form the hooks on our metal bending machine. This forms four very strong hooks. Your personalised brass key hook is now finished & ready for packaging. This is where your key hook goes through its final quality control checks, & the brass screws get added to the package along with a foiled gift card if you have ordered one.
