The Metro Vintage Wood frame moulding is 39 mm wide by 15 mm deep & is made from high quality paper wrapped MDF sourced from sustainable forestation. The frame comes with a light grey mount which is 1.4mm thick & is made from conservation grade mount board with a white core. The frame is manufactured to the highest quality by Frames & Mirrors 4 U in our UK factory & is contemporary & elegant in design. The frame comes complete with an MDF backing board & styrene or glass depending on the size of frame. Sizes 16 x 12 & larger come with Styrene (Plastic Glass). On receiving please remove the protective film from both sides of the styrene. The protective film is left on the styrene during manufacture to keep it dust, fingerprint & scratch free, once the film is removed the styrene will be in an ideal condition & ready for use. The styrene looks no different from glass but is a safer option for shipping. The size shown is the glass/styrene/picture size not the overall frame size & is shown in either inches or centimetres. The frame comes with hangers attached enabling the frame to be hung either portrait or landscape. Frames 14 x 11 & under can hang or stand. Each frame is packaged to ensure it arrives in an ideal condition.
