This analogue wall clock is decorated with bees & a meadow. It is fitted with a high-quality quartz clock movement & uses a standard AA battery, easily accessible at the back of the clock. The quirky & minimalist design would fit in perfectly with contemporary or traditional decor, in girls' or children's bedrooms, kitchen or dining room. SIZE: 15cm in diameter (30cm long with the pendulum) approx. HOW IT'S MADE: The clock is cut out by hand from rolled-out sheets of off-white earthenware clay. When the clay is leather hard the designs are carved in. Stamps are then used for little details. Once biscuit fired, the clock is modestly decorated with oxides & colourful glazes to emphasise the natural colour & texture of the clay. It is handmade in my studio in West Sussex.
