Lead time: All cushions are handmade to order so please bear with us at busy times. Our current lead time on all cushion orders is 3 weeks but we always endeavour to send them out sooner. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss our express charge. Samples: We understand that buying new cushions for your home is a big decision so we offer a 2.50 sample service. Please get in touch to request fabric swatches. Sizing: We make all of our cushions to fit the matching size insert perfectly - snug & tight to give that choppable look. Therefore, the cover itself will usually measure 1-2 less across the face. This sizing method has been thoroughly tried & tested & we believe it gives the best finish overall. Please do let me know if you'd prefer a loose-fitting look & we will cut fabric accordingly. Please note 10x10 & 12x12 are very small cushions intended for the purpose of dressing dolls/children's chairs. Please always make sure that you are ordering the correct size cushion for what you require. I recommend using a tape measure or messaging us to triple check as we cannot provide refunds or exchanges in the event incorrect size is ordered. Please note: Pattern placement may vary due to cushion being handmade Although we try to capture the fabric colour as best as we can, please note some screen monitors may vary. Delivery: If ordering covers only, they will be sent via Hermes Tracked. If ordering with inserts, they will be sent via Dx 48. Care Instructions: - Wash at 30 Degrees - Do not bleach - Very cool iron - Do not tumble dry Returns & Refunds: - All sales are final & we do not accept returns or exchanges all items are handmade bespoke to order. Please note that we will always help as much as we can but we cannot be held responsible in instances where the incorrect size is ordered. 2) We offer a 48 hour cooling off period after the order is placed before any material is ordered or production is started. Within this time period, you can cancel or amend your order. 3) A sample service - for a one off cost of 85p, we send out fabric & piping swatches so that you can ensure that you like the fabric & are happy with the colour, feel & pattern for your decor.
