Walking through the derelict buildings in Dumbo, interspersed with newer gentrified cafes, restaurants & multi million loft apartments, I was struck by this really old brick building with large arched doors & windows under the massive Brooklyn bridge. The St Anne's Warehouse which has opened a theatre for performing arts, used to be a tobacco warehouse back in 1860. I love that the refurbishment has still preserved the original character of the building, highlighting the stark contrast of earthy tones of the warehouse to the modern steel & wire Brooklyn bridge running above it.
