The Retro ceramic table lamp is ideal for a bedside. Its small scale makes it perfect for small space living. This piece is named Retro because it's inspired by mid-century modern pottery lamps. The round base & thin neck remind me of shapes from the 1950's & 60's. My lamps are slip cast, glazed & fired in my studio, kRI kRI Studio, in Seattle. Original shapes are created by hand. This gives them a softly dimpled surface that reflects light in a pleasing way. Thin, raised white stripes detail each piece adding texture & making each one unique. Because they are made by hand, my lamps have individual characteristics & are perfectly imperfect. My shades custom made for me in the USA, & I finish each lamp with high quality, UL approved hardware, cloth covered cord & plug. You have a choice of a matching, handmade finial (shown on gray lamp, or a brushed nickel finial. dimensions: Lamp: 17.5 inches tall x 10 inches with shade Shade: is 10 wide x 8 tall the base is approx. 8 wide x 8.5 tall.
