The frame is made of solid pine & the cupboards, & painted moisture resistant board, mid shelves in solid pine We now use pine t/g board instead, so back side will have more wood grain & a more uneven finish. We use rustic oak worktop finished with worktop oil (the surface may have knots & fillings). The inside of the island is unpainted solid oak & laminate doors & drawer fronts, GTV metal side drawers with pineboard It is painted in chalky matt furniture paint in a large choice of colours except white, please pick your colour in a F&B chart, we use our own paint & will match your colour choice as close as we can This furniture is designed as a dining island. Designed to get through a standard internal door.
