Each ruler is painted in the colour of your choice, with the name & birth details of one or more children. If you would like to record everybody's height, you may prefer a family name eg.'The Harris Family' or 'The Grandchildren' or you may prefer one for each child so that they can keep their own. The board is finished with a clear, matt varnish to increase durability. To ensure an accurate height measurement, the ruler must be fixed 65cm from the floor - the height will then be 175cms (5ft 8). If you would like to allow for greater height, we can start at 75cm for a height of 185cm (6ft is 183cms), please request this in personalisation box if required.
